Instructions
- All participants must register online through the conference website before the registration deadline.
- Each paper may include up to four authors, including the research guide, subject to the applicable registration fee.
- Registered participants will receive a confirmation email with further details.
- Authors must submit original research papers or extended abstracts following the prescribed format and template. Paper templates and copyright forms are available on the ScienceTech Conferences website.
- All submissions will undergo peer review, and authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection.
- Accepted articles must satisfy the selection criteria of the relevant publication.
- Authors from other states and countries who cannot attend physically may present their papers online, subject to conference arrangements.
- Authors interested in publishing in Scopus-indexed, SCI-indexed, or UGC-CARE-listed journals may explore additional publication options and applicable charges.
- Publication opportunities, fees, and journal selection will be communicated clearly to authors. Journal publication and indexing are subject to the respective journal's editorial policies and decisions.
