Guidelines for Virtual Mode Conferences

• For online participation, click the Join button under the relevant date or session to attend keynote presentations and technical paper sessions.
• Join the online session at least five minutes before the scheduled start time (Indian Standard Time, IST).
• Keep your microphone muted and camera turned off unless the session chair or host requests otherwise.
• Presenters must check their microphone, camera, internet connection, and presentation slides in advance.
• Each paper presentation should be approximately 10–15 minutes, subject to the final conference schedule.
• Presenters must mention their Paper ID during their presentation.
• Keep a contact number or email address available for urgent assistance and respond promptly to queries from the conference organizers.
• Avoid sharing sensitive or personal information during discussions and maintain professional decorum throughout the conference.
